Scope — These Terms govern purchases on uubepure.com (the “Site”) operated by Ubepure™ (“we/us”).
Food products — For safety/hygiene reasons, any food item that is opened, unsealed, or partially consumed is not eligible for return or exchange (except where a product is legally “defective”).
Orders & fraud screening — We may refuse/cancel orders (fraud suspicion, obvious pricing error, unavailability). A sale is final upon payment capture and confirmation.
Prices, taxes & errors — Prices may change without notice. If a clear error occurs (typographical/mispricing), we may cancel and refund. Taxes/duties, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.
Payment — By paying, you authorize us to charge the full amount (products, taxes, shipping). Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Shipping & risk of loss — See Shipping Policy. Timeframes are not guaranteed. Risk transfers when the order is handed to the carrier.
Nutrition/FDA notice — Products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Check ingredients before use; do not consume if allergic. Store sealed, cool, and dry.
Returns & refunds — Per our Return & Refund Policy. No returns without prior authorization (RMA). Only unopened items are generally eligible, subject to inspection.
Limitation of liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Force majeure — We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (disasters, strikes, outages, customs delays, etc.).
Arbitration & class-action waiver (US) — All disputes shall be resolved by confidential, individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its rules, seat Delaware, English language. No class actions or class arbitrations.
Governing law & venue — State of Delaware (USA), excluding conflict-of-law rules.
