Shipping Policy
Service area: We ship worldwide via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are prepaid by UbePure — you will never be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery: 14–26 days depending on destination. Transit times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping fees: Free on all orders. No hidden costs.
Tracking: All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Wrong/insufficient address or unclaimed parcels: If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, re-shipment can be offered at the customer's expense.
"Delivered" scans: Once a carrier marks a parcel as Delivered, the order is deemed delivered. For suspected theft or misdelivery, please file a claim with your local carrier.
Transit damage: Report within 48 hours to info@uubepure.com with photos of the outer box and product. We will assist with a carrier claim; outcomes depend on the carrier's investigation.
Split shipments: We may ship items separately at no extra cost to you.
Refused deliveries: Treated as unauthorized returns; refunds (if any) equal item price minus outbound/return shipping and handling.
